What this is
fivehundred.studio is the private portal for Studio 500, a shared workspace at 163 W Hastings, Vancouver, BC, run by 1593426 BC Ltd. It's used by the companies in the space and the people who work there.
What we collect
- Your Google account email and name, when you sign in with Google. We use them only to identify you; we don't get your password and we request no other Google data.
- Directory details you or a Studio 500 admin add: name, title, headshot, a short bio, and optional links.
- For companies with a licence agreement: the signer's name, email, IP address, browser and the time of signing, kept as the signature record for the agreement.
- Billing: your company's billing email and invoice history. Bank account details are entered on Stripe's pages and stored by Stripe, not by us.
- Building access: which fob numbers are issued to whom.
Who can see it
- Names, titles, headshots and bios are visible to everyone signed in, and to anyone browsing from the office network.
- Email addresses, contracts, billing and fob records are visible only to Studio 500 admins and to the admins of your own company.
- Nothing here is public on the open internet, and we don't sell or share it with anyone for marketing.
Services we rely on
Google (sign-in), Stripe (pre-authorized debit and invoicing), Cloudflare (file storage), Render (hosting) and Postmark (email). Each handles your data under its own privacy terms.
Your choices
You can edit or remove your directory details any time from My card. To have your account removed entirely, or for any question about your data, email andrew@whitby.vc.
