These terms cover use of the Studio 500 portal at fivehundred.studio, operated by 1593426 BC Ltd.. Your company's space licence agreement covers the space itself; if the two disagree, the licence wins.
Access
The portal is for people who work out of Studio 500 and for the companies that licence space there. Sign in only with your own Google account, and don't share access with anyone outside the space.
Your content
You're responsible for what you put on your card. Keep it accurate and don't post anything you don't have the right to share (that includes your headshot). We may remove content that doesn't belong in a workplace directory.
Contracts and billing
Company admins can sign licence agreements and set up pre-authorized debit on behalf of their company. By clicking to sign, you confirm you're authorised to bind your company, and you agree that an electronic signature made here is as effective as one on paper.
No warranty
The portal is provided as is. We'll do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we're not liable for losses arising from its use, from downtime, or from errors in the information on it.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: andrew@whitby.vc.
